Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that SRK called Ram Charan Bhend Idli on stage during Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding function.
During the performance, the Bollywood actor looked for Ram Charan to join them on stage. “Where are you, Ram Charan?” he kept asking. He seemingly wanted the RRR star to join the three Khans in the performance.
During this time, in apparent jest, SRK started speaking gibberish Telugu, which included the word “idli”. Not everyone was impressed with it while some of them accused SRK of being racist.
Zeba Hassan, Upasana’s makeup artist, expressed her dissatisfaction on Instagram and emphasized the contempt that these comments have caused for Ram Charan. She claimed that after witnessing such disregard for Ram Charan, she left the gathering. She reshared a video of Ram Charan and wrote, ” Bhend idly vada Ram charan kahan hai tu??? I walked out after this. So disrespectful towards a star like @alwaysramcharan.”
