Four people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man suffered serious injuries in a stabbing in Birmingham.
Police were called to the junction of Dudley Road and Bellefield Road in Winson Green at about 01:30 BST on Saturday.
The victim, a man in his 40s, had been taken to hospital with a slash injury, but was in a stable condition, West Midlands Police said.
Three men, aged 34, 29 and 26 and a 22-year-old woman remain in custody as police inquiries continue.
Officers said they believed there were a number of people in the area at the time who might have witnessed the incident.v
