Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Biker, Cody Heron, stomping out a the back windshield of a woman’s car with her two children inside has been arrested in Philly.
“It was just like, it was a little gun and at that point, my windshield was already broken so, what was he really going to do to me, for real?” she asked.
As can be seen in the video, when the argument got heated, the rider head-butted Bullock, using his helmet as a weapon against her face. She responded by shoving his bike to the ground.
“I’m just grateful that my kids are okay. There’s not a scratch on them,” she said. “It was just the simple fact that I had kids in the car. I just wanted to protect them honestly.”
Around 8:45 p.m. Sunday, a group of ATV, dirt bike, and motorcycle riders crowded around the intersection of South Penn Square Street and South Broad Street next to City Hall, according to a video posted to Instagram by a tourist riding a double-decker tour bus.
Philadelphia police have arrested a person suspected of stomping on and shattering the windshield of a woman’s car while her two children were in the back seat. The woman was delivering food for Uber Eats when a person who had been riding a motorcycle assaulted her on a busy stretch of South Broad Street. The violence unfolded just a few car lengths ahead of a Philadelphia Police patrol car but no officers, nor any of the people watching from the street, immediately intervened. The video shows a motorcyclist, wearing a black T-shirt, black-and-gold helmet, and khaki pants, dismounting from a black motorcycle and jumping on a nearby burgundy sedan that appeared to be unable to move forward because it was surrounded by the group of ATV and bike riders. The rider then stomped on the back windshield of the car, above where the woman’s two children were seated, smashing the glass and sending pieces flying through the car.
Bullock told NBC10 she had argued with the man after that impact, until the bike rider decided to attack her vehicle.
“He jumped up here with two feet,” she said, pointing out where the man launched himself onto her back bumper. “He stepped his first foot down. Didn’t work, so, them he was like…and, went through.”
