Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Report that Special Counsel Jack Smith may indict Lindsey Graham is UNCONFIRMED.


Barbara McQuade: “The fact that this special grand jury recommended that he be indicted, it does indicate that he has some criminal exposure here…… it could be that his lawyer requests immunity for him to testify. If that is not received, then he may refuse to testify.”

A report released In September revealed that a special grand jury investigating efforts to overturn Georgia’s 2020 presidential election results recommended indictments against a much larger group than prosecutors ultimately charged, including one current and two former US senators.

If Graham is indicted, it will likely mark the end of his 30-year political career, which began way back in 1993 when he was first elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives.

The nine-page report showed jurors recommended charges against 39 people, compared to the 18 who were charged along with former president Donald Trump.

Former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said Lindsey Graham is not off the hook because Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis did not indict him and that he could be looking at a federal indictment. 

Special counsel Jack Smith is looking into Lindsey Graham over phone calls he made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in the weeks after the 2020 Election.
