Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that TMZ shared Tory Lanez new mugshot as he transferred to state prison.
Tory Lanez’s request for release from custody while working on an appeal of his conviction for shooting Megan Teee Stallion was denied leading to the prison transfer.
Cunnif states Los Angeles Judge David Herriford denied the request. “The motion will be denied and proceedings concluded. Thank you,” Judge Herriford said.
Rapper Tory Lanez’s mugshot has been released after he was transferred to a state prison following his conviction for shooting fellow hip-hop artist Megan Thee Stallion.
Lanez was found guilty of shooting Megan and was handed a 10-year jail sentence by a judge. His hopes of getting out of prison were recently squashed after a judge rejected his appeal, citing his past court order violations, violent felony conviction, and non-US citizenship as reasons.
Tory Lanez allegedly had a remark for court reporter Meghan Cuniff at his release hearing. Conflict reports stated Lanez looked at the gallery and called Cuniff a “googly eyed bitch.” Cuniff spoke about the report, stating she didn’t hear it herself.
Tory Lanez was recently transferred to state prison and had to pose for a new mugshot. The rapper, who looked very unhappy in the photo, will have to settle into life in his new prison.
He reportedly checked in on Tuesday at the North Kern State Prison in Delano, California, located approximately 145 miles from Los Angeles.
As previously reported by The Blast, Lanes was hit with a 10-year jail sentence for shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the foot.
