Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was released on bond Thursday after a Dominican Republic judge found that the evidence brought forward by prosecutors was not enough to keep him in jail following his arrest on domestic violence.
The 27-year-old rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, had been in custody in Santo Domingo since January 17 after Wanda DÃaz, the mother of his girlfriend and rapper, Yailin La Más Viral, accused him of assaulting them both last year.
