Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Oscar Isaac says he’s never been more proud of a project he’s done than Moon Knight.

During the meeting, we were able to talk about his journey with Marvel and Kevin Feige, the director’s additional ideas about the series, and certainly the future of the character.

“The difficulty is that when you make independent films, you are everything. I was doing what I wanted. I would remove scenes, change the ending, change the beginning, do what I wanted, and no one could tell me anything. Producers in independent projects have advisory opinions. When you go to the studio system “It is a committee in which you are a member. Every decision must be approved by the entire committee. Your job has become convincing them, and the issue is very difficult, especially since they are working on 28 projects before you.”

Held in Riyadh, the Marvel in Arabic team had the opportunity to meet director Mohamed Diab, the first Arab director in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Diab directed four episodes of the series, which many consider to be one of the best Marvel Studios has produced on television.

The difficulties that Muhammad faced in convincing the committee led to him getting less than 80% of his vision in the work, due to the different studio system. One of the many questions that were on our minds was the duration of the series, which was only six episodes.

We started talking with Muhammad about the story of how Marvel chose him. After his personal agent presented the project to him and read the script of the first episode, Diab decided to pursue this golden opportunity, which required him to write the initial proposal, which reached 200 pages, in just two weeks. Muhammad reached the final stages of selection, as he was among three other directors who will present their ideas to Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige.
