HOT: Noida Police said the imposed NDPS Act on Elvish Yadav was a clerical mistake


Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Noida Police said the imposed NDPS Act on Elvish Yadav was a clerical mistake.


Noida Police said that we had imposed the NDPS Act by mistake, it was a clerical mistake. 

The Punjab and Haryana high court has issued notice to the Haryana police on a plea filed by two brothers claiming threat to their lives from controversial YouTuber Elvish Yadav of Gurgaon. Yadav has been recently booked for allegedly supplying snake venom in rave parties in Noida.
The petitioners have sought directions to protect their life and liberty, which according to them is in imminent danger at the hands of Elvish Yadav and his associates. 

The party, conducted at a banquet hall in Noida near New Delhi, was part of a sting operation conducted by non-profit organisation, People for Animals.

Nine snakes — mostly cobras and kraits — were recovered at the party. The venom glands of eight had been removed.

Snake venom – An unconventional recreational substance for psychonauts in India was published by Devendra Jadav, Rutwik Shedge, Vikas P Meshram, Tanuj Kanchan and Raghvendra Singh Shekhawat.

All of them were associated with the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur at the time of publication.
