Taking to social media, popular Kenyan tabloid, C.N, confirmed the news. 
Information reads: “This man called Caleb Orem AKA ‘Ruthless Focus’ is wanted by DCI for multiple cases of obtaining and extortion. If you have seen him, you can tip me off to enable his arrest.”
