Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that ActionSA has won legal court battle against Pakistan national as Ahmed is sentenced to 18 years imprisonment.Â
A Pakistani national, known as Ahmed, who was arrested in 2022 on charges of running Home Affairs SA branches across SA at night and issuing passports to his countrymen, has been sentenced to 18 years imprisonment.Â
The case has been on top of @HermanMashaba’s agenda.
Ahmed worked with corrupt @HomeAffairsSA officials who enabled him and his team to run Department of Home Affairs right under Dr Aaron Motsoaledi nose.Â
The Department of Home Affairs offices at night in all 9 provinces throughout the country worked to document illegal Pakistanis. This is one case that Ntate Herman Mashaba had an interest in and was always attending the court proceeding.Â
