Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Jakeem Jocstar shot dead in the head by Ralph Hensel while riding his ATV in Winter Garden
The Winter Garden Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation after a man was shot and killed on Thursday.
Police said they responded to a residence located at 1031 Horizon St. in reference to a person who was shot.
Upon arriving, they found a man lying next to an ATV. He was pronounced dead by officials. READ MORE HERE
The victim was identified as Ja’Keem DeShun Williams, according to police.
Investigators determined that there was a disturbance about an ongoing issue with people riding motorcycles and ATVs in the apartment complex, and a subject had fired a gun at the motorist.
