Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that girlfriend driver, Americus Wilson, arrested after boyfriend, Loki Stichlip Peterson, fled after shooting at Thurston County police deputy during high-speed chase in Chehalis Western Trail near Waldrick Rd and Stedman Rd.
Damien Madison, 27 year old male, is wanted for multiple felony crimes after shooting at a deputy with an AR15 during a pursuit. He has multiple felony warrants, is armed and dangerous, and was last seen near the Chehalis Western Trail near Waldrick Rd and Stedman Rd. READ MORE HERE
He was last seen wearing a black hat with a red bill, black tshirt, and sunglasses. He is 5-10, 170lbs with brown eyes and dark hair.

As a result of a major failure within our criminal justice system, a 10 time convicted felon and armed career criminal is loose in our community tonight after shooting at one of our deputies.
Earlier today, TCSO was notified of a wanted felon who was heading toward Thurston County from Grays Harbor. You may remember this particular individual, as he is a ten time convicted felon who has now engaged in a high speed chase three times in 6 months here in Thurston County. Each time he is captured and arrested, bail is set low enough for him to get out and do it over again.
K9 Asher and his handler located the suspect in Tenino and attempted to stop the car he was a passenger in. The driver fled and we pursued him for his active TCSO warrant where he failed to show up for court (again) on his prior charges, which included possession of a stolen car, eluding, resisting, unlawful possession of a firearm, and more.
The suspect began throwing items at the pursuing deputy trying to make them crash. The suspect then leaned out of the window and began firing at the pursuing deputy with an AR15. The deputy and K9 Asher were unharmed, but their car became disabled.
The driver let the shooter out, who fled on foot. The driver was apprehended shortly after and arrested for eluding and rendering criminal assistance. Significant resources were called in to try and locate the shooting suspect, however he has not been located yet. The last time we captured this individual, I provided a stark warning: “To the judges who continue to release high risk individuals back into society on low bail or a promise to return to court: our system is being taken advantage of, and it’s going to cost someone (potentially even the criminal) their life.”
Thurston County Sheriff’s Office will continue to leverage every asset available to us to ensure it is not a matter of if, but when this individual is seized and brought back before our courts.
