Taking to social media, Naraji Simmons, shared a creepy of showing the moment his daughter almost got kidnapped by a man suspected to be either white or Hispanic.
According to information, what the man tried to spray on the young girl hasn’t been ascertained at the time of filing the report.

My daughter was standing at the bus stop on Harbour Way across from Nystrom. While she was standing there the guy in the video sprays her with something multiple times. Thank GOD the bus came when it did because he walked away. I’m sharing this to not only alert people but to make sure his picture gets out and we warn our young ladies to be aware of there surroundings. Also I want to THANK GOD that this post is only to make people aware and not a search for my baby girl.”
