Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that CCTV footage showed moment dumptruck ran over a motorcycle driver, Sultan Bumboro Talusan, in Rizal Avenue, Kabacan North.

Based on the identification card obtained from the victim, he was identified as Bumburo Talusan Sultan, a resident of Bulit, Pagagawan, Datu Montawal, Maguindanao del Sur. Kabacan PNP Town Chief PLTCOL. April Lou Palma confirmed that two Identification Cads were found in the victim’s belongings, one belonging to a minor.
This clarified that Bumburo was the one who died in the accident and not the minor who was on an ID.
