HPD is searching for Andres Fernandez De La Paz, 36, who has been charged with murder in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred around 4:35 PM on Sunday, April 27, at the 11200 block of Whittingham Lane. The 34-year-old victim, whose identity is pending family notification, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
An investigation identified Fernandez De La Paz as the suspect. He remains at-large. Anyone with information is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
