DJ Sbu advised people that they should stop focusing on famous people’s lives and put that focus on something that is going to help them. Without favour and backlash, you may even find that those famous people you are following their lives on social media through don’t even know about you. DJ Sbu wants people to stop that, and you can still support that person, but it does not have to become something that will disturb you from building something that you are going to gain from it. It may be hard for other people to accept, especially for someone who is famously known. It is also known that some people push trends all the time.
The purpose is for them to create demand for them, so that is what they are doing, and if you were going to focus on that, what would become the end goal to finally gain from following someone’s lot on social media presence? DJ Sbu has been trying to help a lot of people to start something they will be known for, and most of the time he supports a lot of people who are starting a business. The other reason is because he knows about it, which had been a long journey, and took risks that made him get fired from SABC. Even today, he is still selling his own product.
