It has been no more than a year since Jub Jub gave some of the most controversial statements in the history of Podcast and Chill episodes, resulting in social media uproar and a surge in the episode’s viewership numbers.
Ever since the tv presenter and hit-maker was interviewed by MacG, his life has went downhill resulting in him losing his tv gigs, being cancelled online and now currently facing a potential 10+ years in jail after he just recently finished another sentence.
Following that episode, actress Amanda Du point came out guns blazing claiming that Jub Jub’s statements were far from correct, and that she would open a case against him and he “forced himself on her several times” during the course of their love affair.
At the moment Jub Jub is currently in trial for sexual assault, and now when it seemed that there was light at the end of the tunnel; new information suggest that we might never get to see him walking the streets ever again.
According to various media reports… there are several witnesses who happen to be Amanda Du Pont’s sisters who saw the hit-maker force himself on her as well as physically assault her infront of them; and once he was done he said this to her:
“I told you that I would get you one day” and proceeded to laugh at her.
Jub Jub has since denied all of these “made up incidents” taking place, and has stated very firmly that had all of these been truth; then the actress wouldn’t have visited him in jail and proceeded to take photos with him.
Opinions have been divided on the matter with half of South Africans believing that Jub Jub might have done what he is accused of, while the other half believe that this is just Amanda Du Pont retaliating because her information was aired for everyone to hear and ultimately did a number on her reputation and image.
