Malema And EFF Mocked On Twitter For Shading Adv Gcaleka And Her Report, See Why

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) has lambasted the Acting Public Protector, Advocate Kholeka Gcaleka, for her report on the Phala Phala farmgate saga. The EFF said that the report is “nonsensical” and that it does not accept it. The party said that the Phala Phala farmgate incident remains a crime until it is investigated by a competent Public Protector.

The EFF also pointed out that the report is at odds with the findings of the Independent Panel, which was appointed by Ramaphosa to investigate the saga. The Independent Panel found that there was “prima facie evidence” that Ramaphosa had lied about the incident. The EFF is not the only political party that has criticized the Acting Public Protector’s report. The African Transformation Movement (ATM) has also said that the report is “flawed” and that it does not exonerate Ramaphosa.

The ATM has said that the report does not address the fact that Ramaphosa was allegedly involved in money laundering and that he failed to declare the foreign currency that was found at his farm. The ATM has also said that the report is biased in favor of Ramaphosa and that it does not meet the required standards of an independent investigation.

The Acting Public Protector has defended her report, saying that she followed the law and that she made her findings based on the evidence that was available to her. However, the criticism of the report is likely to continue, and it remains to be seen whether Ramaphosa will be able to clear his name.
