In a startling turn of events the popular South African rapper and TV presenter Jub Jub’s legal troubles have taken a grim twist with the emergence of more serious allegations against him, it was previously reported that the popular South African actress Amanda Du Pont pressed charges of rape, attempted murder, and assault against Jub Jub, but now his ex-girlfriend has also laid a rape charge against him.
The alleged incidents occurred during their relationship between 2006 and 2009, the ex girlfriend claimed that she had attempted to report the matter to the police before but she was allegedly turned away, it is also reported that the ex girlfriend decided to press charges after Jub Jub made degrading comments about her on the popular South African podcast called “podcast and chill”.
This brave step has led to a snowball effect, with more women coming forward on social media to share their harrowing stories of humiliation and abuse allegedly inflicted by the accused. Three more women have reportedly come forward, willing to provide statements about their own experiences with Jub Jub.
