South African famous DJ’s wife Gugu Khathi has opened a case against Musa Khawula for embarrassing her on social media. Musa revealed that Gugu has an affair with another man besides her husband.
Gugu Khathi’s lawyers Movi Attorneys stated that she asked them to send a letter to Musa in connection with what he said about her having an affair with Tebogo Lerole.
On the letter Gugu mentioned that what Musa did was degrading her dignity. The lawyers mentioned that they contacted Musa and asked him to meet them halfway by sending them WhatsApp conversations between him and Sli and any other evidence he has.
Gugu’s lawyers gave Musa a period of 5 days to respond to the letter that was sent to him, serious law actions to be taken against him if he fails to respond. One of the newspapers confirmed that Gugu is taking law actions against Musa. She mentioned that Sli Khumalo denied reports with evidence that she’s the one who told Musa to spread the lies.
‘Musa is the one who’s criticised for all the false information on the letter that Sli’s lawyers has.’ stated Gugu.
A letter from Sli’s lawyers that proves she has nothing to do with this but the person who’s responsible for spreading lies is Musa himself.
Means of reaching Musa failed.
