Mbali met with Melo for lunch. Mbali read a poem to Melo, but Melo was not that interested in it. Melo told Mbali that she had a Poetry night. Mbali was offended and asked Melo if she would be able to help her with the poetry night. Melo agreed to help her.
While they were busy arguing, Mrekza arrived with Themba, and some supplies for the coffee shop. Themba gave Mrekza the things that he had, and Mrekza took them to the kitchen. Mbali reintroduced Themba to Melo. Melo told Mbali that she remembered Themba.
Themba told Mbali that she had passed his math test, and Mbali congratulated him. Themba told Mbali that he should be the one thanking her. Mbali was proud of Themba, so she hugged him. Themba was happy when Mbali hugged him, and Melo saw him. Themba told Mbali that he wanted a muffin, so Mbali went to fetch it for him. Melo looked at Themba and kept quiet, but she could see that there was something going on with Themba.
