A Former Eastern Cape Democratic Alliance (DA) leader, Nqaba Bhanga has revealed that the party’s federal council chair Helen Zille of keeping “files on black people”. This has been a long contentious issue in the party. The Democratic Alliance has denied that Helen Zille ever kept such a list, but some people who have left the party disclosed that the list actually exists. Posting on his Facebook page on Saturday afternoon, Bhanga lashed out at Helen Zille saying, “Helen zille is the most racist person she got of a file of all back people. Yesterday I learnt how she got information to try to destroy mnrthe ANC. I’m hurt to know that you were working with the ANC against me”. This is not the first person that a former member of the Democratic Alliance (DA) will be saying this.
Many people in the comment section are asking her if he is indeed realizing this? They said that he had been informed before that the Democratic Alliance (DA) is a racist party, but he did not listen. Someone is urging him to delete the Facebook post, saying that Helen Zille is going to sue him for defamation, even if what he is saying is true. Another person told him to be very careful now because the party’s leadership will come for him now. Another social media user wrote, “Black DA leaders only realize that Helen and the entire white DA leadership really doesn’t value them when they’re about to be fired or demoted”. Another person tweeted that all these accusations against Helen Zille are baseless. He added, “Please she is a patriotic South African they fought against racism. You have no argument except the racism card. So been pathetic”.
