Fikile Mbalula has criticised the unveiling of Mandela statue as a waste of resources.

The ANC led government went to unveil the statue of Nelson Mandela worth of R3.3m at the Nelson Mandela Museum, Bhunga Building in Mthatha, Eastern Cape on Mandela Day celebration.

The erection of this statue contributes to the creation of memorialisation programmes in honour of President Mandela’s unwavering commitment to the freedom of his people and as a founding father of democratic South Africa.

ANC is divided so deeply that even this “Renewal” mantra,is just a campaigning message. They hate each other. Few days ago, Mbalula has warned that Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan could be moved from his portfolio should he not carry out the transport policy of the ruling party.
