Amapiano DJ and singer Mbali Mshove has died. The Konka hitmaker whose real name is Amahle Ndluli died suddenly on Monday at a hospital in Johannesburg, her family confirmed.
DYING FROM ALLERGY REACTION
According to family spokesperson, the 27-year-old DJ died due to a bad allergic reaction. It’s reported that Mbali was going on about her day when she suddenly felt like she was choking and she started getting swollen on the neck. “Some white and brownish fluid started coming out of her mouth and she was struggling to breathe, she was gasping for air,” the spokesperson said.
Mbali was rushed to the hospital but later died while doctors were still running some tests. ” It was sad we did not expect that outcome, she was young and her career was promising she had big plans for herself and her family,”

Her record label J Music also confirmed her passing on their social media pages. “We are sorry to hear about the sad news regarding Amahle Dandala, also known as DJ Mbali Umshove. On behalf of J Music/Eketshe Entertainment, we extend our deepest condolences to her family and friends during this difficult time.
We understand the impact she had in the music industry and will remember her contribution. According to the family, the funeral will be held this weekend and the venue will be confirmed. Her memorial service was held today in Maboneng.
