A section of President William Ruto’s supporters from Rift Valley have ganged against their President accusing him of promising heaven during his campaigns only to deliver hell just 8 months into office.
The irritated residents from Naivasha, Nakuru County which overwhelmingly voted for United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party cried taxes the Government has imposed to Kenyans.
Nakuru County has 11 constituencies, UDA party won 9 out of the 11 parliamentary seats.
UDA won the Naivasha, Gilgil, Nakuru Town East, Subukia, Njoro, Molo, Kuresoi North and Kuresoi South and later won Rongai parliamentary seats.
The residents regretted electing the current regime adding that life is becoming unbearable.
“Ushuru imeongezeka, bei ya Unga iko juu, bei ya mafuta iko juu. Kila kitu iko juu. Sisi hatuwezi. Tunalilia serikali yatu iingilie kati kwa maana tulichagua serikali yetu asubuhi Sana kama tulipenda.” A resident said.
“Tuliambiwa maisha iko juu” another resident said
