The Kenyan Government has warned all Kenyan citizens against calling all phone numbers starting with the following codes +51 and +64, articulating that a myriad of such international numbers are owned by scammers who are out to con unsuspecting Kenyan citizens.
The Kenyan Government has called upon all Kenyan citizens to always channel unknown international phone numbers to the National KE-CIRT/CC through the following hotline numbers: +254703 042700, +254 730-172700 for quick action to be taken against the callers.
The Kenyan Government has articulated that the warning message has been orchestrated in a strategic move fostered towards safeguarding all Kenyans against the heinous acts of international scammers.
