Kenyans living or planning to live in Canada have something to smile about after Foreign Affairs cabinet secretary Alfred Mutua made a revelation this afternoon. On his official Twitter page, he has said that he has had the privilege to hold discussions with Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Canada’s Minister of Housing, Diversity and Inclusion on how Kenya can gain a better footing in Canada and how Kenyans and Canadians can benefit from an enhanced diplomatic relationship.
As a former Minister for Immigration, he explained to him the various ways Kenyans can quickly get jobs in Canada and how to migrate to Canada. We also discussed how to woo investors in the housing and other sectors.
Canada is a rich and powerful nation, a member of the G7 and a major player in the economic order of the world. Unfortunately, Kenya has not capitalized on this advantage that Canada provides.
He thanked the Honorable Minister who’s a friend of Kenya and Africa for caring and for his push to make Canada a wonderful country for all.
