After just 8 months following the August 9 general election, Kenya Kwanza leaders in Mombasa County can’t wait for another 5 years to begin campaigning for their bid.
EALA MP Hassan Omar today launched scathing attacks on Mombasa leaders who were supporting Opposition leader Raila Odinga.
He expressed his confidence that he will defeat the Governor Abdulswamad Nassir in 2027 poll, stating that he has the support of the majority of residents.
He went on to chide the governor, stating that the gubernatorial poll will be a walk in the park and that he will only conduct campaigns on Zoom.
Omar told the gathering that Sharif will serve for only one term and then leave.
He also reacted to Nassir having meetings with both Ruto and Raila, saying the governor only engages in photo sessions with the President.
He asked residents to shun the opposition camp and fully support the government.
