Pokemon & Hershey’s collab brings collectible chocolates with special foils

Pokemon has just launched a new promo with The Hershey Company, which lets you obtain collectible special-edition Kisses you can track via a site.

The Pokemon franchise isn’t just known for its popular TCG community, video games, and anime, but also its abundance of real-life merch and collabs. Earlier this year, the franchise worked with McDonald’s, offering a plethora of different cards that fans could pull from packs in Happy Meals.

And now, Pokemon is back with yet another food collab. Only this time, it’ll surely appeal to not only fans who want to catch them all but also those who have a sweet tooth, as they’ve released special-edition full and snack-sized bars, as well as Hershey’s Kisses.

This special promotion with Hershey’s brings a total of 151 Pokemon from the Kanto region featured in red-white foil resembling a Poke Ball, with their designs visible on the bottom of the Kisses.

Pokemon’s collab with Hershey lets you track your collection

One of the highlights of this collaboration is that the Hershey Kisses aren’t just for you to enjoy; they’re also collectible items.

The collab features original Pokemon from the Kanto region.

According to the brand’s official website, fans can create an account and log in to track exactly which Pokemon foils they have collected.

Additionally, they can monitor their overall progress and unlock “digital certificates” that can be shared on social media. You can, apparently, build your own Pokemon team, too, as seen in an option on their site.

Those interested in growing their collection can opt to purchase the 10.1 oz and 34.1 oz bags at retailers nationwide, both of which feature the Milk Chocolate flavor.

There’s also a limited-edition Collector’s Case that can store and display all 151 Pokemon designs in real life.

To get a chance to claim this, fans will need to create an account on the Hersheyland website. In a separate document, it’s mentioned that this program will end at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 17, 2025, or while the supplies last.
