Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that young girl, Rona Mae Patricio, killed in Old Bulatukan, Makilala, while looking for cellphone signal.

Young woman just looking for cellphone signal kidnapped and believed to have been raped before being killed in Makilala, Cotabato A COLD body was found in Old Bulatukan, Makilala, Cotabato yesterday morning, June 11, 2025. Makilala PNP Spokesperson PCMS Richie Gesulga identified the victim as Rhona Mae Patricio, 18 years old resident of Purok Durian, Old Bulatukan.
Their investigation revealed that a concerned citizen discovered the woman’s body in a creek in the compound of the Boy Scout Camp of the said barangay at around 7:30 in the morning. The victim’s parents revealed that the girl left at 7:30 in the evening of June 10, 2025 to go out and look for a signal but she never returned home.
The PNP investigator has not yet said whether the girl was raped before being murdered and is still awaiting her post mortem examination. It is known that her top and bottom clothes are no longer there. She has a large wound on the front and back of her head that caused her death. The possible last people the victim chatted with and spoke to are being investigated.
