Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that woman, Annie Holder, called out IT1 Tarrell Jones who assaulted her as he got away with it.

Taking to social media, Annie Holder, said that her abuser or rapist, IT1 Tarrell Jones, who sexually assaulted her has been set free by the judge during court hearing. READ MORE HERE

Annie Holder wrote: “IT1 Tarrell Jones sexually assaulted me in my own home & as usual, the THEY allowed him to get away with it.

“IMAGINE it’s November 10th, 2023 & you go out with your bestfriend (female) and male friend to have some drinks.
IMAGINE you drink a little too much & head back to your apartment.
IMAGINE blacking out at some point during the night & not even knowing how you got to bed.
IMAGINE being awakened around 3am to that male friend, who’s married having sex with you.
IMAGINE rolling out of bed to sleep on the couch with your bestfriend because she was your safety net at that moment & to ensure it didn’t happen again.
IMAGINE waking up & he’s gone. Then he returns an hour later trying to test your temperature.
IMAGINE laying on the couch trying to piece together all the pieces from the night before.
IMAGINE calling your bestfriend & telling her what happened. Then she reminds you that you have a camera in your bedroom (For my dog)
IMAGINE having to watch those videos to piece everything together and watching your assailant continuously check to make sure your bestfriend is sleep on the couch to make his move.
IMAGINE watching yourself be sexually assaulted.
IMAGINE fighting with yourself about whether you want to report or not.
IMAGINE reporting it, getting a rape kit done, having NCIS come collect evidence from your home, and seeking justice.
IMAGINE immediately after finding out that you reported, that male friend offers a plea deal. After negotiation, you agree to a plea deal.
IMAGINE he’s supposed to go to court August 2024 to be sentenced for that plea deal.
IMAGINE going to counseling over those months to heal.
IMAGINE 1 week before his court date, he pull his plea deal.
IMAGINE being retraumatized and having to decide if you now want to go to trial.
IMAGINE finding some form of strength to decide to go to trial.
IMAGINE going through months of trauma therapy to prepare to testify at trial, watch yourself be sexually assaulted in trial, and fight for justice again.
IMAGINE court begins March 25th.
IMAGINE showing up to court and seeing a jury of 8 people (7 MEN & 1 WOMAN)
IMAGINE testifying and breaking down while watching those videos again.
IMAGINE sitting in a court room where multiple strangers are talking about your vagina like it’s an object.
IMAGINE the prosecution trial counsel supplying 7 witnesses, including the nurse who did your rape kit & the forensic scientist who tested the DNA. & the defense tried to object to all of that evidence to get it thrown out.
IMAGINE the defense only providing 1 witness to testify about 5 “deleted/missing” videos.
IMAGINE the defense resting their case right after.
IMAGINE sitting through closing statements and watching the prosecutors once again fight for you!
IMAGINE prepping that jury of 8 (7 men & 1 woman) for deliberations. They only needed 6 votes for the same verdict to decide my fate.
IMAGINE waiting 6 hours for those deliberations.
IMAGINE going back into that courtroom, heart pounding, praying that after 1.5 years, you’ll finally get justice.
IMAGINE the verdict come back NOT guilty.

“7 men and 1 woman watched videos of me being sexually assaulted while asleep & drunk (falling over) & least 6 of them voted that my assaulter was not guilty.
I’ve NEVER shaken his hand, hugged him, kissed him, dances with him, NOTHING. But somehow, even while asleep & drunk asf, at least 6 jurors believe I coherently gave consent.

“Today, they FAILED me. And I have to put that uniform on & continue to give them my ALL.
I want OUT, now.
