Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that student, Amanda Notununu, of Luthubeni Secondary school has passed away after she got drowned in Mqanduli.

Information reads: “Nangu omunye umfundi u Amanda Notununu obefunda u grade 11 eLuthubeni secondary school eMqanduli e Eastern Cape uhambe namanzi ngesikhathi yena nezinye izingane bewela umfula beya eskoleni …uzofihlwa Saturday.

English: “#Another student, Amanda Notununu, who was doing grade 11 at Luthubeni Secondary school in Mqanduli Eastern Cape, drowned when they tried to cross the water during the storms, then she died, while they were heading to school. She will be buried on Saturday.”
