Reports that Naim Daniel is an artist and actor who molested a 17-year-old teenager in a hotel are UNCONFIRMED.

A case involving a male actor and singer who is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl will enter the prosecution phase after the investigation papers are completed. READ MORE HERE

According to a report by Harian Metro, the investigation papers will be sent to the Deputy Public Prosecutor’s Office (TPR) today and the matter was said by Petaling Jaya District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Shahrulnizam Ja’afar.

The case is being investigated under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 (Act 792), which carries severe punishment if convicted. Principal Assistant Director of the Sexual, Women and Children Division (D11), Senior Assistant Commissioner Siti Kamsiah Hassan, also confirmed that the suspect and the victim had met several times before the incident.

The suspect and the victim are said to have met at a cafe where the victim worked for the past three months. They then met several times after that.
