Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that report that Martha Ahumuza Murari died of ruptured aneurysm according to autopsy after her drink was spiked in Mezo Noir is UNCONFIRMED.
Police at Kira Road are currently investigating a suspected poisoning incident at Mezo Noir nightclub after a woman, Martha Ahumuza Murari, collapsed inside the manager’s office. She was rushed to Kampala Hospital and admitted to the ICU but was later pronounced dead. READ MORE HERE
Authorities have detained two men—Edward Mugabo, a cashier at the club, and his brother Joseph Kalenzi—as investigations continue.
Martha’s vigil is scheduled for today at Kembabazi, and she will be laid to rest on Sunday, March 23, in Mbarara.
