A gruesome murder has rocked Eccles Village, Rio Claro, where a man identified as 62-year-old Kassie Jugoon was chopped multiple times about the body in a violent attack on Wednesday night. His wrist was reportedly severed.

Kassie was hired to watchman an excavator, a relative told Crime Watch   but was found brutally murdered on Thursday April 24th, 2025 at North Boundary Road, Eccles Village, Rio Claro.

Relatives say hours passed before officials arrived at the scene. The District Medical Officer (DMO) only recently removed the body, adding to the grief and frustration of loved ones. — Story by Ian Alleyne Network
