Nigerian singer, David Adeleke popularly known as ‘ Davido ‘ has revealed that the artwork of his latest album titled ‘ Timeless ‘ was inspired by the death of his late son, Ifeanyi.
It would be recalled that Ifeanyi died in 2022 after drowning in a swimming pool situated in his father’s residence in Lagos.
According to DAILY POST NEWS, he disclosed this during a radio interview held lately, where he revealed that Ifeanyi followed him to the studio for recordings of the album.
In summary, Davido said: ” The artwork represent a lot of things in my life. I lost my son last year. He loved nature and trees, his best animal was elephant. If you look at the art cover of Timeless, you will see an elephant and a lot of trees; then you will see a bird on the left side that represents him “.
