Yesterday, it was reported that a popular Nollywood actor, Murphy Afolabi, said goodbye to the world, as the cause of his death was not revealed.
The news came to shock many Nigerians, especially the Yoruba people, who are aware of Murphy Afolabi’s impact in the Nollywood industry.
His demise is still a shock to many of his colleagues as they posted different sad emojis in response to his death.
However, it was reported a frontline Lagos-based transport union leader, and a lover of the Nollywood movie industry, Musiliu Akinsanya, who is popularly known as Mc Oluomo, yesterday reacted to Murphy Afolabi’s sudden demise.
While he was talking on his social media page, he said that, Murphy’s death was shocking and had given a legacy to his fans and colleagues.
He said, “It is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to the talented actor, Murphy Afolabi. His performances on stage and screen brought joy and inspiration to many.”
Further talking, MC Oluomo said the deceased would be remembered for his charisma, professionalism and dedication to his craft by his lovers.
He said, “Rest in peace but Murphy, why your legacy will live on in the hearts of your fans and colleagues, and you will be sorely missed.”
