Daddy Freeze has gone live on Facebook to say that he prefers staying in Lagos state compared to living outside the shores of the country.
Daddy Freeze said, “I am actually a Lagos boy who grew in Ibadan but originally hailed from Osun state. I have been living in Lagos state since 2001 and things have been working for me. As a matter of fact, I prefer living in Lagos state to living in places like London, Canada or New York.”
Speaking further, Daddy Freeze said, “all these places I have mentioned are places I visit but I can never live there. When my sisters were leaving Lagos for Romania, I decided not to leave because I love the place. Also, since I have been staying here, I will say that I can see what Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has done in the state. I am not sure he can replicate same to Nigeria though.”
Lastly, Daddy Freeze said, “recently, one of my kids told me he will not like to leave Nigeria too. My kids and I went to Anambra but they did not want to live there even though I, being their father, love the village life.”
