Deputy President, Rigadhi Gachagua has told the Azimio leader to retire from politics as he is an enemy of progress following the remarks made by the US Ambassador to kenya Meg Whitman who said that the election was credible. Gachagua says that Raila did a very wrong remark by telling off the US envoy who commented on Kenya election outcome. She said, “Most credible election outcome in kenyan History.”
On the day President Ruto defended the US envoy, Gachagua said, “I want to remind Odinga that Ruto is the legitimately elected president of Kenya. You are just an ordinary person. You say you will fire the American Ambassador to Kenya, but you don’t have even the authority to sack your assistance Chief in Bondo.”
The US ambassador said that the election of Kenya was credible on Wednesday during 10th Devolution Conference in Eldoret. This annoyed Raila who told her to stop, “meddling in Kenya’s affairs”.
Gachagua describes Raila’s statement as the great underminer of Ruto’s administration. He further said that Kenyans have grown tired of Odingas threats and advised him to take a break from politics.
