These influential figures have called upon Uhuru to distance himself from any plans that Azimio may have to undermine the government. Meanwhile, ODM leader Raila Odinga has intensified his opposition to Ruto’ s administration, rallying his supporters to embrace the idea of civil disobedience.

Raila recently drew hundreds of supporters who eagerly awaited his address. The ensuing gathering brought the city to a standstill as people stopped to listen. Raila emphasized that his planned protest scheduled for Wednesday would proceed as planned. He was accompanied by ODM Deputy Party Leader Wycliffe Oparanya.
