What Crowd Shouted Back at Ndindi Nyoro After Asking if they Support Dialogue

Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro received a clear answer from the crowd he was addressing at Kenol, Muranga County during president William Ruto’s development tour of the region today.

The UDA MP was speaking at the Ruto-led event when he asked the crowd whether they want President William Ruto to have a dialogue with opposition leader Raila Odinga.

Ndindi Nyoro said that he had warned the Azimio wing that President William Ruto is not someone to give in to pressure but the opposition wing did not take it serious.

He claimed that Ruto perfectly delt with the Azimio wing when they took to the streets of Nairobi to protests after he had warned them.

“Niliwawarn that William Ruto sio mtoto wa ceralac lakini hawakusikia. Acha waende maandamano, walikimbia (I warned them that Ruto is not a ceralac baby but they did not listen. When they went to demonstrate, they were forced to run away),” Ndindi Nyoro said.

It is at this point that the MP asked the crowd whether the are in support of the planned dialogue or not, receiving a clear answer as the crowd shouted back to him as Ruto watched on.

Ndindi Nyoro then told Ruto tha he had clearly seen what the crowd want, adding that the talks between President Ruto’s wing and opposition leader Raila Odinga’s wing should be called off with immediate effect so that the can continue with matters of development.
