Nuru Okanga invited his fans and Azimio La Umoja supporters including leaders to attend the official opening of his semi-permanent house in Kakamega County.
The house according to Okanga has been financed with contributions from friends especially Azimio La Umoja coalition supporters.
In a rare moment Wajackoya being the only Azimio principal who graced the event, took the opportunity to recognize Lawi Korir, a Kalenjin man whose video have been circulating on the internet criticizing President Ruto for his failed promises and the state of the economy.
According to Wajackoya, Korir is the only Kalenjin ordinary man who has come out fiercely to criticize the President for his running of the government, and also the only who isn’t afraid to support Raila Odinga.
He gave Korir a moment to say something to the crowd, and Korir as usual seized the opportunity, claimed they were duped by Ruto that his government will be for the hustlers but he has observed so far that this government only serves and protect the rich.
Wajackoya then asked Mumias residents if they have got land they should donate it to Korir because he might face hostility back at his home, and even be killed.
