The Azimio La Umoja One-Kenya coalition Chief Raila Odinga has had his convoy blocked by police as he made way from Narok town.
The ODM boss was in Narok town, together with a section of his close Azimio affiliated confidants including Eugine Wamalwa addressing hundreds of residents.
As he was leaving the town, a huge crowd followed him from behind as pro-Azimio songs sang from the loud speakers mounted in one of the cars that was part of Raila’s convoy.
Shortly afterwards, police barricaded a roadblock on the way, a move that forced Raila to step out of his vehicle.

He then called upon the area OCPD who was in charge of the police and he quickly showed up. Raila, who was clearly angry was spotted having a tete-a-tete with the officer as temperatures continued to brew among Raila allies.
The officer was heard telling Raila that wherever he’s heading to, there would be a huge procession of high-level leaders who’ll be visiting the country and therefore, he won’t be allowed to use the same route.
Displeased by the report from the OCPD, Raila lamented angrily as he said he was heading home. He also argued that he should be accorded respect because he is a former Prime Minister.
