Uhuru’s Jubilee Party Issues Statement Ahead Of High Court Case On Rebel Group

Jubilee party has hinted through their official facebook page ahead of the High Court case between rebel leaders and Uhuru, Jeremiah Kioni, and David Murathe.

“Update On Cases!

1. On 7th August we got High Court orders staying the decisions of purported “NEC” meetings held by the rebel group on 10th of February and 19th May 2023.

2. The orders also stay the decisions of the former National Disciplinary to expel SG Jeremiah Kioni, Hon. David Murathe and suspending Hon. Kagwe Gichohi.

3. The case, filed by Wakili Mbuthi Gathenji who has been acting for SG Kioni, VC Murathe and Treasurer Kagwe, brings the number of active cases against the rebel group at the High to four.

4. Until the cases are heard and determined, the status quo remains.

5. The case is coming up for mention on the 13th of September, 2023″. Said Jubilee party through their official facebook page.
