The government of president William Ruto seems to have some very rogue government officers who do not care what their image means to the public. Few days after CS Kuria’s shameful attacks against the media, Kenya Power Director Veska Kangogo has also been caught up in a very awkward but embarrassing drama.

Veska Kangogo is said to have moved to a Wine and Spirits shop to attack the attendant because her son’s phone had been confiscated after he refused to pay a Ksh 1000 Bill. The matter has exposed Kangogo and Kenyans are asking for her resignation from government.
Veska Kangogo has been at the helm of Kenya Power as a director and this issue is badly embarrassing government. It’s only recently that a CS moved into a house in Karen without the consent of the owner.
Whether the Kenya Power board will fire Kangogo because her move to attack bar attendants in defense of her son. It’s unfortunate that government officers are using their positions to cause pain and harm in the society.
