The Azimio leaders have hit back at the United States ambassador Meg Whitman for saying the the 2022 August 9th polls was the most credible. The leaders are clear that, the United States must keep off internal political issues about Kenya and focus on their country.
Interestingly, the statement from Raila Odinga’s team comes only few days after Azimio asked the International Community to comment on Kenyan issues. Raila has been at the forefront asking United States and the United Kingdom to speak about democracy in Kenya. The move to ask Meg Whitman to shut up amounts to double standards.
