A Ruto-Raila Talks meeting ended in disarray after Kenya Kwanza Side announced why it was unable, to begin with the talks that were scheduled to take place in the Bomas of Kenya.

Speaking as reported by NTV during its 1pm News Bulletin, Embu County Governor Hon Cecily Mbarire Opined that nothing substantial would have been discussed today because the Kenya Kwanza Fena Leader Hon Kimani Ichungwa is held up in President William Ruto’s Mt Kenya Development Tour.

In her argument, Mbarire said poor weather conditions have forced the MP to be late for the meeting. But she said today’s meeting is meant for familiarization and instruction purposes.

Elsewhere, Embattled Jubilee Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni got a reprieve from the corridors of justice after the High Court stayed the decision to kick him out.
