The Deputy governor’s forum are said to have had a hand as well in the granting of freedom to William Oduol.Most of the deputy governors are reported to be at loggerhead’s with their bosses and so with Oduol also having problems in his county, they had to come through for him. Well, one of the major courses for disgruntlement between governor’s and their deputies is the dishonouring of pre-election pact’s. Most of the governors are reported to have dishonoured the pact’s leading to chaos. These deputies are reported to have been involved in massive lobbying to save one of their own.
It has now been established that the deputy governor’s met the Kenya Kwanza leadership in and out of parliament as they lobbed. The forum is also credited with paying legal fees for Mr Oduol as a show of unity against the governor’s.
