The ODM party that’s led by the Azimio leader Raila Odinga has announced that, the demonstrations will not only happen on Wednesday but also Thursday and Friday every week. Previously, Raila Odinga had announced one day of demonstrations but due to public demand, more days have been added.
This is the clearest confirmation that demos will be the order of the day in Kenya despite the fact that government has banned them. The opposition leaders are pushing government to reduce the cost of living and address electoral injustices.

Unfortunately, in all this demonstrations by the opposition leaders people have continued to lose lives and property destroyed. It’s so painful for government given the latest announcement by the Azimio leader Raila Odinga and his team.
President Ruto is facing a tough moment in ensuring that the demonstrations do not happen. However, Raila and his team are pushing hard and the latest announcement by ODM party is obviously going to worsen matters in the country.
