In the statement Siaya Govornor James Orengo made on Saturday, he said that in the country, the only person who is powerful and has the ability to give out options to the people is the opposition leader, Raila Odinga.
Orengo said that Raila has proficiency to the extent that if he restricts the leaders who are unethical in the country by giving them substitutes, they will have no choice but to obey his declaration, and there can’t be a sound of conspiracy in the country.
“Raila is the only powerful man who can give options, and when he orders, nobody can be questioned, especially when he necks on the brutal administrators,” Orengo said.
James Orengo went on to tell the head of state that he can’t give the opposition leader options, adding that it can’t work on him because he is the one who possesses the ability to do so.
“You can’t tell Raila that uko na’mambo matatu’ it is unthinkable because he is the one who people listen to and do what he orders them to do,” Orengo said.
